There’s lots to consider when you’re thinking about your staff. Think about:

  • Supporting people back from furlough – ongoing communication
  • Training
  • Implications/opportunities of flexible furlough
  • Staffing for reopening – additional security, absences, scheduling, etc.
  • Supporting team’s mental health
  • Supporting those in financial hardship
  • Big concern about staffing – losing to other industries, not wanting to return from furlough, impact of sickness and staggered breaks, etc.
