There’s lots to consider when you’re thinking about your staff. Think about:
- Supporting people back from furlough – ongoing communication
- Training
- Implications/opportunities of flexible furlough
- Staffing for reopening – additional security, absences, scheduling, etc.
- Supporting team’s mental health
- Supporting those in financial hardship
- Big concern about staffing – losing to other industries, not wanting to return from furlough, impact of sickness and staggered breaks, etc.
