  • Guidance on flexible furlough & implications/opportunities
  • Staffing for reopening – additional security, absences, scheduling, etc.
  • Supporting team’s mental health
  • Supporting those in financial hardship

There are big concerns around staffing in the industry, especially around losing staff to other industries, people not wanting to return from furlough and the impact that increased sickness and staggered breaks could have in the future.
